If you have any questions about any of our products or the ordering process, please contact us by one of the methods listed above. We realize that when you place an order with a company you are placing your trust in that company. We pledge to honor that trust by making your experience with Peridot Spirit a pleasurable one.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You may pay by 2 methods:

1. Credit Card - We use PayPal to process your credit card payment. PayPal uses the industry standard 128 bit SSl Encryption so you can be confident that your informartion is secure. We also accept credit card payments by phone, fax or mail.

2. Personal checks, money order or cashiers check. PLEASE make checks payable to:

If you pay by cashiers check or money order, we will ship your order immediately upon receipt. If you pay by personal check please allow 7 business days for your check to be processed.

SHIPPING

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping. This has the advantage of being delivered to either a P.O. Box or a physical address. Your order is shipped by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipments must be to a single address, no split shipments. Some items will have a flat rate shipping charge. Shipping rates are for the 50 US states.

The items you see on our site are all in stock at our location. If an item should go out of stock, there wlll be an out of stock button next to that item indicating its status. If you do see an out of stock button, it does mean that we have placed an order for that item from our supplier and it should be in shortly. If you have an order pending, we will ship it as soon as we receive the item.

Orders are shipped within two business days We accept sales in the United States only, the continental 48 states and Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship international orders. We suggest, if you have a contact within the United States, shipping to the United States address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All your purchases are backed by our satisfaction guaranteed policy.

If, however, you wish to return your items, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date. The items must be in their original condition and they be must be resaleable. It is important that you contact us before you return your items so we can process it smoothly.

Please return your items in their original condition and in the original packaging. We will then issue your refund, less the shipping charges. If we send the wrong item or the items is defective, then we will refund the shipping charges.

Please let us know if you would like to exchange your items or issue a refund.

C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Be sure the postage is fully paid before returning.

REMINDER

Many of our items are small. While you may be buying them for yourselves, you may also be buying them for children. Due to their small size, they may not be appropriate for children. Please use appropriate care and judgement when buying our lovely items for young children.
